Pertemps is looking for a Personal Assistant for one of our priority clients based in Glasgow. This is full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week which will be a hybrid working approach reporting to the Office Manager.
This is a new position created due to business growth and as a Personal Assistant the purpose of this role is to provide high-quality support to management and performance of the board of directors and as Personal Assistant you will also be the main contact for colleagues who are producing board papers and reports. 


  • You will be responsible for drafting up agendas and reporting templates for board members based on their terms
  • Organisation of meetings including zoom/room bookings
  • Collating and distributing papers in a timely manner
  • Checking material from various sources and provide ongoing support
  • Ensuring minutes are accurately recorded, circulated, approved and then archived
  • Ensuring action points are recorded, assigned an owner, and then carried out
  • Keeping up to date with industry practices and legislation and any other practices that may affect the board and its committees.
  • Arranging inductions for staff members
  • Maintain archives securely and confidentiality 
  • Ensure terms of reference are reviewed regularly and updated with any change of responsibility or membership

Experience & Skills:
  • You will have previous experience of committee / board meetings, which includes minute taking
  • You will have excellent writing skills, including taking accurate notes and summarising discussions effectively
  • Displaying excellent organisational skills and listening skills, to take accurate notes in meetings and relay
  • Posses excellent attention to detail skills
  • Work to fixed deadlines
  • Previous working experience of using Microsoft office
